Annual Volunteer Renewal Reminder
Returning Volunteers
This section is for returning volunteers who have previously been cleared by both PGCPS and CMIT North Elementary.
It’s that time of year again!
To remain eligible to volunteer, returning volunteers must complete the following annual requirements:
Log in using your Parent Identification Number (PIN) as the username and complete the required PGCPS volunteer training videos: https://pgcpsvolunteers-md.safeschools.com/
Complete the CMIT North Elementary Volunteer Form: CMIT volunteer form link
Completing both requirements now will help ensure that you are ready to volunteer for field trips, classroom activities, PTO events, and other school opportunities throughout the school year.
New to PGCPS and/or CMIT North Elementary?
New volunteers must complete the following steps before volunteering:
Step 1: Apply Online (Annual Requirement)
Step 2: Complete the Background Screening Process (One-Time Requirement)
Step 3: Complete the Mandatory Safety Training Modules (Annual Requirement)
Step 4: Complete the CMIT North Elementary Volunteer Form: CMIT Volunteer Form Link
